Project: SafetyCARE Self Evaluation

Brief: Coles Group required this module as a self evaluation of the SafetyCARE Hazard Management procedure. Each Coles ‘site’ had to self assess how safe the particular store was – training for this procedure was previously a text based manual.

Solution: The Learning Group designed this module to use relevant and specific scenarios and examples to familiarise learners with the process of the safety evaluations. Putting the content into context through interactive examples made for a much more effective piece of training than the previously text and manual based training.
