General Brief:

Japan Travel Bureau required the design and development of an online Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) module in English and Japanese to facilitate the delivery of compliance content to all JTB employees.

Our Solution:

The OHS online module developed for JTB was based on the “Getting a Grasp on Occupational Health and Safety” compliance training produced by The Learning Group.

Easy-to-understand, the e-learning pieces allow the learner to interact with the training via relevant scenarios in order to obtain the required topic knowledge, which is assessed upon completion of the training.

Designed for a broad range of learning levels, the learner is able to start, stop and restart the module as many times as needed, with their progress information always being retained. The generic content within the course was customised to be remain relevant to JTB’s different businesses.

Interesting Bits:

The module was developed in HTML, with some decorative Flash.

TLG produced two versions of the course—an English and a Japanese version—to ensure all of JTB’s staff could successfully complete the training.
