Project:

An Upgrade to the system used by Austrade employees in 90 countries to edit and create content for the Austrade Internet web site!

Our Brief:

• We need a 40 minute training module which will help web site editors to be confident in using the new system. The training must prove that the new web site editor is easy to use and effective.
  
  
• The program begins by emphasising the significance of Austrade Online. There are then sections on how to start the web site editor. Edit a web site page, change the appearance of a page.

• Each section comprises an accurate simulation of the editor followed by questions which test the user's understanding of the process.
  
  
• The simulations present a typical scenario for using the editor and guide the trainee through step-by-step

• the module also had to be designed in a way so that the audio narration would be easily understood by Austrade staff in over 90 countries with non-english speaking backgrounds.
