Project:

Increase ANZ FM employees’ awareness of basic company business issues, structures, values, rules, and product lines. This project was the beginning of a number of ANZ projects. As well as working with ANZ Securities to produce their company awareness program, we have continued to provide updates for the ANZ Funds Management module.

Our Brief:

• ensure that this module runs within the current ANZ Funds Management training framework - the module, even though created under a different training technology, must look like any other ANZ training application.
• ensure low-cost maintenance of information that changes frequently - all "dynamic" data (that information which can change frequently) must be held outside the module so that a training administrator can easily change it.

• help employees understand "interactively" how ANZ Funds Management operates- provide information on the company, its background, its values, its product lines, its organisation, its employee rules and procedures, customer service policies, etc. Provide retention checking and interactions which will help employees work with the training material productively.
  
  
• provide a simple navigational structure for employees- let employees move around the module as they wish - provide a module map which lets them see the entire module's contents at a glance, and jump anywhere they wish...
  
  
• assessment- provide a formal assessment after employees finish the module.
  
  
• results analysis- provide a database which receives and helps analyse employee results.
