Enterprise Architecture

Our Brief:

• Cisco US hired The Learning Group to create online training about its new Enterprise Architecture (EA) foundation. The training had to be dynamic, and really show how EA impacted their projects and processes. The material was difficult, but critical to the rollout of this important area.

Interesting Bits:

• Cisco US is the largest consumer of e-learning in the world, so it was with a certain amount of respect and awe that we approached this project.
  
• Our “virtual” introduction to Deanna, Paul and Milo, none of whom we’ve yet met face-to-face, but whose creativity and effectiveness truly proves that high-quality project teams can form “over the wires” and good work ultimately emerges – this is a relationship we hope continues for many years (but then again, we feel that about all of our clients).
  
• The envelopment of Cisco video stock in the module with interactivity.
  
• Working with our new American/now Aussie narrator/friend Paige on the narration – it made Mickey homesick for the golden tones of home.
  
• The award-winning “acting” talents of our own stars: Vicki, Leila and Scott.
  
• The urgent replacement of our phones with a new Cisco IP phone was an act of pure "magicianship".
