Project:

Provide a competency-based multimedia assessment tool to assess employee and sales rep knowledge of various aspects of the Fuji Xerox environment.

Our Brief:

• give us a tool to create and deliver our own electronic assessments - the tool needs to provide question and answer assessments of different types, and optionally display graphics and play sound files.
  
• give us a tool to analyse the results of these assessments - after assessments are done, we need to import the results into a relational database to analyse which competency areas we are weak in. We can then tune our training in those areas.
  
• track competencies - all assessments and results need to be tied to organisational competencies.

• provide on diskette, hard disk, and for the future intranet delivery - we need a variety of ways to deliver these assessments to employees.
  
• interface with our current HR system - summarised data from the assessments needs to be imported into our HR system.
