Project:
Fort Dodge required a hybrid sales and training product to meet a number of reseller and farmer demands. They were receiving a lot of questions regarding the product, as it was very innovative yet cost more than its competitors. How could resellers justify the extra cost to their customers? The module was designed to answer those questions and many others from resellers and farmers who had already bought the product. The single disk install ensured ease of installation.
Our Brief:
- answer the potential customer questions - such as: "Why is it more expensive?", "Why is it innovative?" and "What makes it different?"
- answer existing customer questions - such as: "How do I calculate correct dosages?"; "How do I inject the product and where exactly?"; "How do I store it?"; and "How long must I wait after inoculation before slaughtering?".
- show Usage - present a section on the technical and chemical make up of the product and demonstrate its usage on screen.
- make it easy to use - some people taking this training are likely to have had little involvement with PCs. Make the training easy for all to use.
- limit the 45 minutes of content to one diskette - always a challenge and yet still possible - even with plenty of graphics!
Interesting Bits:
- knowing that we have helped - save countless poor young lambs from the dreaded "cheesy gland" and ensuring their swift delivery to your dinner plate.
- working with such an innovative product - we learned a lot about the chemistry of inoculations and biology of lambs.
