Project:
This module provides brokers with an overview of the various products that make up IBN's Business Insurance Policy. Topics can be viewed in any order from the Main Menu. 'Fast-track' selections in the sub menu for each topic provide direct access to individual features and limitations of that particular insurance product.
Brokers are asked to review these features and limitations and are placed in real business scenarios in which they need to respond correctly. Also, for each product, Brokers are asked to contribute their own experiences with clients. These experiences will be considered for future scenarios in the training.
Our Brief:
- to make a quick, jam-packed training module which teaches through scenarios, not just bare facts.
- work with an insurance consortia (5 companies) to get agreement on what would work for all of them.
Interesting Bits:
- working with Doran Grossman - who was always there when we needed him.
- perhaps the tightest training structure we have ever developed.
