TLG at the AITD Awards in Melbourne
While TLG has attended and even presented at the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) events, we’ve never actually submitted for its annual awards ceremony. So, this year, we decided to bite the bullet and give it a shot!
We entered our Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority “Exploring Our Wetlands” project in the Excellence in Design category and our CGU Product Training in the E-learning Achievement category. In addition to these two, we co-submitted with Westpac for our “Do The Right Thing” compliance training, also in the Excellence in Design category. For all three of these, we’re very proud to say we were announced as finalists in the respective categories.
Anette, Cathy and Jane all frocked-up for the awards night, and after a slightly embarrassing, but very memorable appearance from Jane at the wrong red carpet and posing for a photo, they represented TLG the only way they know how – in style!
It was an absolute honour to be recognised by our industy peers at such a prestigious event and one which we will certainly be hoping to repeat next year.
Qantas submitted its Leadership Program, which TLG had a hand in developing the e-learning component, for the Best e-Learning Design category – and it won! A very big congratulations to the Qantas and TLG team members who worked on this project!
