- Herman Coomans has joined the webridge team as an Information Architect. He has been in the business of dynamic web technologies since 1995, and has been making computers do useful things since back in the 80's. His focus is on using web technologies to make people more efficient, and he has also proved a dab hand at cleaning the refrigerator (what else do you do with a degree in computing science?).

- Shabd Kapoor joined webridge as a Business Development Consultant. Shabd joins us from Connect, where she was in technical sales. At webridge she is still in the business of solving customer's problems and meeting their technology needs. Shabd also has a degree in Computing (what's with all the geeks around here?) and is a mean leg-spinner.

- Marika Ruhala has joined The Learning Group as an Interactive Instructional Writer. Marika has experience in instructional design, facilitating collaborative online learning and web content development. Arriving in Australia three years ago from Finland, we have found out she loves the outdoors and is building a sea kayak... Hopefully that isn't for a return trip home! We want her to stay!

- Ida Borela joins The Learning Group as an Interactive Systems Developer, after working with SkillSoft (formerly Smartforce) for nearly five years. With a Science and Computer Programming background there is no doubt she'll keep everything in line with her analytical background. We've learned that she is also a scrabble whiz and a pool shark-in-training... Words and numbers seem to be her thing!

- Christine Close has joined The Learning Group as a Junior Graphic Designer. After completing her Diploma in Graphic Design at TAFE, Christine is very excited about improving her skills and gaining more knowledge in multimedia. Christine loves singing, dancing and going out... so if we can combine those skills with her multimedia knowledge, does that mean we'll be hearing someone singing on our Compliance modules?

- Andrew Beeston joins The Learning Group as an Interactive Systems Developer. Andrew has gained vital experience working for the Oriel Corporation and through self employment in the cutthroat web design industry. Not only working with web products such as HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, PHP / MySql and Cascading Style Sheets, Andrew, has wide graphics experience in Macromedia products such as Fireworks and Dreamweaver. Plus knowledge in JASC PhotoshopPro, Adobe products and Quark Express...Is there anything he hasn't used? We've also noticed Andrew loves soccer, music and will quite often wear a hat -- hopefully not all at once?
